Joint Bus Service
The Joint Bus Service which started in 2009 is a significant development in co-operation between Abingdon School, St Helen & St Katharine School & The Manor Prep School, the more comprehensive travel service has the potential to facilitate further opportunities. We hope that it will be well supported and popular, especially for families with children at the different Schools.
For temporary or late bus passes, please email admin@jointbus.co.uk with the route and stop required and also whether the pupil is a regular traveller. Requests for passes required for the same day must be received by 11.00am. All passes can be collected after 1.00pm from the relevant School Bursary.
As we are not able to observe all stops on all routes, we would be grateful that if you have any concerns, suggestions or improvements you contact Thomas Peeke using one of the options below.
New Intake 2010/11
Contracts for all new pupils who have submitted application forms to date have now been dispatched and should be arriving with parents week commencing Monday 5th July. Please can the contracts be signed and returned to the address below as soon as possible. If you have not yet applied for a place an application form is downloadable below.
To parents of all bus travellers
Please note that if your child uses the Joint School Bus service and has a pass to enable travel on any route other than their normal one, that Pass will expire at the end of Trinity term and therefore will no longer be valid at the start of next term in September. Please reapply by email in September using the email address below
Details of the bus routes and timings
The School bus routes currently in operation are shown below. We reserve the right to adapt them to match changing numbers, timings and roads. It is seldom possible to change routes or add stops for individual girls. Prices shown relate to the academic year 2010/2011

The Schools' new shared bus service covers 18 routes, enabling first class education to be accessible to families across a wide area of Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire.
