Having had a few days to monitor the situation we will be returning our Twyford route to running in the original direction via Henley. The Henley AM stop will move to Market Place Bus Stop near Pizza Express with effect of Monday 19th May. Please see the below update for further information.

An online form is available from the link at the side of this page. Please can you use this to let us know about any items that may have been left on the school bus routes we operate. We will then liaise with the coach operators on your behalf. This is the only method by which you should report or enquire about lost items.
Please do not contact the coach operator or school directly by telephone or email. Out of hours numbers are only for operational problems not for lost property.
Temporary & Late Bus Passes
For temporary or late bus passes please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your child’s name and details of the route/stop required and whether your child is a regular traveller. Requests for passes the same day must be received by 11am. Providing spaces are available a pass will be issued. St Helen’s pupils can collect these from the Bursary at St Helen’s. Passes for Abingdon pupils will be sent to the Common Room Secretary. Temporary passes are only available on a termly basis and must be applied for at the start of each term. Due to limited spare capacity on routes to and from school Late & Temporary passes are not guaranteed and will be issued on a first come first served basis. If your pass is no longer required please can you make us aware so we can allocate the seat to somebody else.
Coach Locker Procedure
To improve the safety of the coach journeys to and from schools the following procedure will be followed. Please ensure that your child understands his/her role in this procedure.
Coach lockers may only be opened or closed by the driver who is the keyholder.
Passengers must wait for the driver to disembark before boarding or disembarking so that the driver can attend to the locker promptly.
On homeward bound trips passengers are asked to tell the driver if they have baggage they need to retrieve before disembarking.
